如果只是学习，用模拟器调试就可以了；
qte + windows mobile 开发的环境我也正在搭建，还没有搭建成功，具体步骤就是我上面发的；
我也是初学，我做的是pocket pc phone，用的是 win ce 6 + vc 2005，不知你是哪个方向

刚才我们提到的好像是一种语言的归类，evb没有了，所以基本上看到的就是c++的语言了.
不对！！我们玩的很多手机游戏，都是用j2me写，这里java 插了一脚。
问题来了，j2me的操作系统是什么？j2me又是什么来龙去脉呢？
桌面操作系统中sun 有 solaris ，那嵌入式系统呢？
类似的，桌面操作系统 大家都比较熟悉如 xp啊 ubentu啊，redhat啊，solaris啊
那么，嵌入操作系统，除了刚才提到的wince，挪鸡鸭的Symbian、PalmOS，还有那些呢，请楼主科普一下 呵呵

qte提供的模拟器 是qvfb
那 mobile 需要的模拟器是那个？

Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 Device Emulator这个就可以了吧
如果是用ce 5.0的话
5.0我不清楚，6.0只要装一个sdk，里面自带了很多模拟器，用vc打开直接可以用的
