This document contains important information you should read before you install
the Beta 1 release of Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Code Name "Longhorn" or Microsoft
Windows Server(TM) Code Name "Longhorn." Unless otherwise specified, these notes
pertain to both products.
For important information that you should know before you install "Longhorn"
versions of Windows, see setup.htm in the \Docs folder of the DVD.
For important information that you should know after you install "Longhorn"
versions of Windows, see relnotes.htm in the \Docs folder of the DVD.

General

The Supplemental Driver Pack for this release of "Longhorn" versions of Windows
includes a select group of critical Microsoft Windows(R) XP drivers that help
your system start and also help provide network connectivity.
This installer runs automatically when the "Longhorn" version of Windows
installation completes. It attempts to match Windows XP drivers for devices that
are found on your computer but that are not currently supported in the Beta 1
release of "Longhorn"..
