Oslo, 29 July 2009 – Qt Software today released QtJambi 4.5.2_01 – providing bindings of the bugfixes and optimizations included in Qt 4.5.2 to the Javaprogramming language. Qt Jambi 4.5.2_01 binary packages are available for download from http://www.qtsoftware.com/downloads#jambi, and source code is available from http://qt.gitorious.org/qt-jambi – both under the LGPL v2.1 license.
Following a one year maintenance period ending in March 2010, QtJambi will be discontinued in order to focus resources on the Qt crossplatform application and UI framework. In order to ensure continuity ofthe Qt Jambi implementation, the source code is hosted on http://qt.gitorious.org/qt-jambi where the community can continue its development. It is nolonger possible to purchase new Qt Jambi licenses.
