log4qt项目本来是在http://sourceforge.net/projectsauthored2009-03-01，martin_heinrich就不在维护了
新的项目在https://github.com/devbean/log4qt上面了，devbean又维护了，现在已经在qt5上面可以用了，需要的朋友可以去guihub上下载，
我在qt5.0.2 + msvc 2010上测试可以用
