Title: Senior Software Engineer
Report to : Project manager and/or Director of SW development
Works with: Other software engineers
Key Responsibilities:
Software design and implementation
? Transforming requirements to programming tasks
? Task effort estimation
? Independent programming tasks as a part of a development team & problem
? Documentation
Knowledge and Experience:
? 5-10 years of software design / programming
Work Related Competencies:
? Good knowledge of Linux operating system is a must.
? Good knowledge of GNU compiler suite (GCC) and related tools (gdb, ld, lint, valgrind..) is a must
? Strong programming skills in C / C++, out of which either C or C++ should be at very good level is a must
? Experiences on embedded UI framework/middleware is a major advantage (GTK/GTK+, Qt)
Additional requirements:
Good written English (ability to read and produce technical documentation)
