QicsTable is a full-featured, high-performance, Qt-based table widget suited
for use in industrial-strength applications. It incorporates a
model-view-controller architecture to allow multiple views of the same data.
The table also produces high-quality printed output. Technical details on
how QicsTable compares to QTable is provide in the whitepaper "Beyond
QTable" that is available at:
http://www.ics.com/developers/papers/QicsTable 1.1.0 is now available for download.
QicsTable V1.1 provides significant new functionality along with many bug
fixes. Specifically, with QicsTable 1.1 you can now:
- Use Python as a scripting language via PyQt.
- Set visual row, column, and cell properties. These properties are attached
to the visual row, column, or cells and do not change if the model is
reordered or changes size
- Set row and column properties based on repeating series of rows or columns
- Stretch rows and columns
- Hide rows and columns
- Set tooltips on a cell
- More easily use QicsTable from within Qt Designer
- Test adapters for KD Executor. This allows users to record and replay
tests of QicsTable using KD Executor.
QicsTable V 1.2 will support Qt4. This version will be released next month
(July).
