Preface
This file we write down is to make and collect the informations to set up our
magazine. If you want to give us suggestion, please write to us or call at our
BBS(www.qtcn.org)..
Name of the magazine
Qt Tech is the English name of our new magazine,and the Chinese name we are
pursuing. It will be appreciated that You can give us an advice.
Who we are?
We are the manager board of the Qtcn BBS(www.qtcn.org). A folk,
nonprofit,patriotic organization.

Goal of the magazine
Our magazine is mainly found for the spreading the technology of Qt. Qt is a
multi platform library supported both Windows and Linux. We would like to try
our best to introduce Qt technology from the ground up. At last our magazine is
FREE!
Who is our reader?
We hope more people can love and learn and use Qt technology. We focus on the
people who pay attention to Qt technology.
Who can be our reader?
Everyone! If you want, you can be our reader.
While, If you want to understand what our magazine talking about insensitively,
you should have some essential knowledges, for example, programming
foundation, C++ basic knowledge, and EAGER of knowing new.
What is our magazine talk about?
It focus on Qt technology, and we also put eyes on some relative area, for
example, C/C++, Linux, programming technology and tools, etc.
How our magazine organized?(draft)
Here is the main organization of our magazine:
• Qt
• C/C++
• Linux
Though we list the main organization, but it is not unalterable. It is depends on
many things including our articles, technology trends and so on. If you want us to
present something you like, you can write to us :-)
How to write for our magazine?
First, Maybe you want to write down something about your favor technology for
some special reasons, for instant, you want to make it a memo, you want to teach
someone , or you want to contribute for our magazine(Thank you so much!). But if
you want to make a living by writing for our magazine, we have to say SORRY. Our
magazine is unprofitable.
Next, we want to tell our dear writers something you have to know to write for our
magazine. We want our readers have no obstacles to read our magazine and
finally they can say, “Oh,yes, I really get something from this issue” . So we give
these writing suggestions below to our contributors to try to make our goal.
One pellucid article maybe contain such elements.
• Title
• Author, Contact Information(for example , email(required),IM(optional),etc)
• Keywords
• abstract. Simple and short introduction.
• your main article. If your article is something about one experiment, maybe
some pictures can make your article more clearly, maybe the experiment
environment introductions can make everyone do the experiment more
easily.
• Results.
• What you have learned.
Contribute your article
We suggest you use free OpenOffice to write your article and send us as the “.sxw”
format so that we can easily read and edit your article. But If you want use
Microsoft Word or some other commercial word processor, It is OK but we hope
you do not use the piratical software.
After you finish your article, we hope you can make sure your article is impeccable
and have no silly mistakes which can debase yourself.
Then, send your article( without any possible virus) to us.(Now, you've know our
contact information.:-) )
Your suggestions
We like to hear your suggestions and we thanks for your warm heart.
But, we want to hear your helpful suggestion like this: “I think your magazine is
..., for example, in section(name,place) ..., in the article (name), something is not
right, my reason is ....and my first suggestion is ...,and other suggestion is...”
What a wonderful suggestion. While If you just say “Your magazine is awful,
useless and untutored, I do not like it.”, this just make us upset and confuse.
Because we do not what makes you unsatisfied, and what should we do to
improve.
Again, We want your suggestion. Feel free to write to us.
About legal duty
We just spreading technology's DO NOT intend to make anything illegal. If we did
something wrong, we cordially want to make correction.
Anything our article say is not delegated our magazine.
Postlude
Thank for your reading.
Please remember we are young to set up a magazine, we are young to Qt
technology, we are young to show our thinking. If you do not satisfy our job,

我的名字好像忘加了，呜呜
这份征稿意见的中文版和日文版是不是也应该出呢？
我觉的投稿时对格式的要求不是很合理，缺少对于图片格式的要求，文字的东西最好使用纯文本的形式，这样有利于后期编辑和排版。图片等以附件的形式发给咱们。如果是已排好版的东西，我们的在编辑处理会改变他们的版面、位置等内容。
我们应有对投稿的东西有再修改的权利，包括增减内容。
对于投稿时的邮件标题和正文也应有一些规定，以示和其它类型邮件区分，同时也能对稿件进行合理的安排。

to fanyu，谢谢。那天是因为我没有IME所以就先写了英文的。呵呵。抱歉。我会尽快写出一个中文的版本。

关于排版，我个人还是希望作者能够自己排版一下的，这样的好处是作者能够非常好的表达他自己的意思。（这个也是侯捷的《排版艺术》里面提到的） 所以我建议供稿的朋友能够用OpenOffice编辑。这样也间接推广了OO的使用。还有我想说的是，我们的编辑工作和作者的编辑工作是不一样的。

关于图片，OpenOffice支持的格式非常多，常用的基本上都有了。还有一些很复杂的格式（我没有用过），应该可以了。毕竟对作者的要求不能太多了。：）

关于邮件也可以，看看反映吧。我想这个不必需的，因为我们的作者可能不是特别多。

最后可以把你的联系方式放进去么？呵呵。：）

那个英文版其实有一些小错误。呵呵。我修改了。*^O^*

把你的附件文件名改一下，改成连住的不要有空格，这样就能正常下载了，否则下载后后缀不是.rar。
这是由于PHPWind它写下载代码时考虑不周全所至。

应该准备写文章投稿了

是的。我们准备招募一些义务编辑。Xchinx有些什么意见？

每一个栏目估计需要至少两个技术编辑。

关于排版之类的我可以来做。

我没意见，有需要的随时说，只要我能做到

我们不是暂定三个栏目么？C/linux我有条件可以尝试。对于qt我的经验远远不够。你有时间来做这个么？还有我没有太多时间关注所有的板块。当人员确定下来以后是不是分配一下工作。这个可能需要在IM上面讨论一下了。：）
