Job description:
Looking for talented creative technologists who have demonstrated excellence in the interactive arena, developing rich user experiences. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the creative technologist works directly with art directors to energize ideas, will be involved in the innovation of each project's code framework, and will ensure each project's successful deployment. The ideal candidate should be able to work on executing cutting-edge ideas in a fun, fast-paced environment and follow up their work with proper documentation.
Eligibility requirements:
• 3+ years working as a full-time developer in a software development or interactive agency
• Solid understanding of Web development and the inner workings of HTML, CSS, Actionscript and JavaScript
• A compelling online portfolio
• Must work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be comfortable in handling multiple components in a site build from beginning to end
• Agency experience.
The ideal candidate must also show proven excellence in the following:
• Present new ideas and prototypes to diverse groups
• Brainstorm ideas individually and as part of a team in an agile environment
• Be able to leverage data, creativity and technology to meet client needs
• Have experience engaging in rapid prototyping and iterative product development
• Be enthusiastic about emerging technologies; monitor and adapt to new trends and take a holistic approach to design and development
• Assist in defining project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
