This position is for a senior developer that will work on a number of mission critical tools that will manage massive amounts of data on Cloud Clusters, manage the critical components for Cloud Computing.
Requirements:
* A BS in Computer Science or equivalent. MS Preferred.
* Minimum of 4 years of software development experience, with last 2 years working in web application backend system design and implementation
* Solid working experience in C/C++/Java
* Solid working experience in Database design and implementation
* Expertise in Web Service architectures using REST.
* Experience with LAMP stack. Expert at PHP development, XML, Linux/Unix, Apache and MySQL.
* Expertise in object oriented analysis and design
* Ability to collaborate in a fast paced, demanding environment.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
Preferred:
* Scripting language with Perl
* Experience with Agile development methodologies.
* Experience with Unit Testing, Test-driven development, and a Continuous Integration build environment.
