e DSP software engineer for LTE wireless communications

To develop DSP-based system solutions to 4G wireless base stations, and are seeking talents in design and development of LTE Layer-1 and Layer-2 DSP software.  
The new hire will work at TI premise located in Pudong, Shanghai.

Responsibilities:
        Design and develop LTE physical layer software
        Develop device drivers for TI next generation multi-core DSP
        Develop receiver algorithms such as MIMO, SRS detection, frequency offset estimation/compensation
        Develop LTE L-1 and L2 demonstration systems

Qualifications:

        Experience in embedded software, Esp. in telecommunication equipment.
        Strong C programming skill and RTOS knowledge.
        1+ Years of working experience in DSP or Communication fields; Knowledge on LTE/TD-SCDMA/WiMax/WCDMA L1 UL technology (Rake receiver, interference cancellation, MIMO, Channel decoding, etc.) is a plus.
        Any experience in receiver SW area is a strong plus.

Knowledge:
• Basic knowledge on 3GPP standard, algorithms design and implementation
• A good understanding of TI DSP and Digital Signal Processing

主要职责：
        研发LTE物理层软件
        研发TI多核DSP的底层驱动，
        研发LTE接收机算法及实现
        开发L1和L2的demo系统
        

任职要求：

        嵌入式软件开发经验
        精通C语言编程及RTOS，具有嵌入式底层软件开发经验
        电子、计算机、通讯相关专业毕业，一年以上工作经历；
        熟悉TIC64x系列DSP，有一定的开发经验。
        熟悉无线通信协议（TD_SCDMA，WCDMA, WiMax and LTE）；
        熟悉 CCS, DSP/BIOS开发工具。
