Title：Software Group Leader

Location:深圳南山区蛇口沃尔玛附近

Requirement:
Education：Bachelor degree, major in Computer science or relevant;
Experience：Five years or above VC++ and Delphi development experience, have experience as a team leader ;
Skill：
Ø        Good written and spoken English
Ø        Expert in either (2) VC, QT or Java.
Ø        Knowledge and proficiency in C/C++/VC/QT/Java/C#/Delphi (preferably >2years). Rich experience in SW programming
Ø        Expert in Network remote controlling.
Ø        Good knowledge of Windows/Linux operating system.
Ø        At least 2 years of experience in developing team management (>5person team).
Ø        Familiar with object oriented programming，multithreading、system resource management
Ø        In-depth knowledge of SW design tools and methodology. Strong ability to analysis, design & create Work breakdown of design modules.
Ø        Programming style in orderly manner with high standards.
Ø        Clear design & test documentation.
Ø        Independent & proactive
Ø        Ability to manage stress and  complete tasks under adverse conditions
Ø        Ability to recognize and develop new ideas and solutions
Ø        Team player and leadership ability

Responsibility:
Ø        Line responsibility for SW group
Ø        Group budget/capacity planning & control
Ø        Application SW design, implementation and maintenance
Ø        Manage & distribute SW (Application, web, tools) projects
Ø        Follow-up and reporting on SW (Application, web, tools) projects
Ø        Manage SW group technical documentation
Ø        Maintenance of existing products SW
Ø        Build up standardized SW development process and method/tools
Ø        Periodic data security checks and define file format and data structure
