Key Responsibilities:          

-         Designfirmware for analytical instrument embedded system covering from applicationsdevelopment and/or OS porting; software architecture.
-         Musthave strong design skills and will be able to work with multi-disciplinaryteams to help CIC delivery product on time, high quality within budget
-         Responsiblefor the design / implementation / maintain product embedded software
-         Drive thetechnology synergy and design reuse for the different product lines to enhanceChina Technology unique position
-         Drive thedesign productivity improvement by standardizing design processes, tools, anddesign practices and build up a common platform ( e.g. NPD, PDP, ECO processes)
-         Responsiblefor the technology incubation and growth in the EmbeddedSoftware domain,support local product managers to grow the Embedded Software related skill set for Chinaemerging needs
-         Continueto energize him / herself andraise the Bar to make better
MinimumRequirements/Qualifications:

-         BS/MS degreeor higher solidexperience in Embedded Software design
-         A minimumof 5 years experience in new product development, product sustaining
-         Strong skill set in QT design, prefer Linux + QT
-         Experiencewith RTOS  (Linux/ Nucleus / QNX / VxWorks / ThreadX)
-         Strongtime management skills
-         Strongcommunication skill (both English and Chinese) and influence skill to work with cross function,cross country team
-         Work todeadlines and respond effectively to fulfill customer requests
-         A provenfast learner, self motivated, willing to take challenges
-         Produceaccurate work under pressure
Desired:
-         Experiencewith instrument industry or automation & Control industry
-         Solid development knowledge under Linux environment
