Digia, Qt Position:RegionalMarketing Communications Manager, APACLocation: Beijing, ChinaUsed by over 500,000 developersworldwide, Qt is a full software development framework that enables thedevelopment of powerful, interactive and platform-independent applications. Qtapplications run native on desktop, embedded and mobile host systems, enablingthem to deliver performance that is far superior to other cross-platformapplication development frameworks. Qt’s support for multiple platforms andoperating systems allows developers to save significant time related to portingto other devices.We are looking for an experienced RegionalMarketing Communications Manager, APAC to further develop and establish Digia, Qt’sregional marketing communications strategy in the Asia Pacific region. You willbe a part of both the local commercial team and the worldwide marketingcommunications programs team. The Marketing Communication Managerwill primarily be responsible to coordinate, develop and execute a broad rangeof marketing functions to support territories mainly in Greater China. This isa hands-on position where you will be responsible for regional marketingprograms that include acquisition of leads, execution of local communicationstrategy as well as planning for participation in highly impactful regionalevents. Responsibilities:The tasks include, but are not limitedto, the items described below: · Plan and execute regional marketingcommunication activities based on global marketing objectives and strategies · Trackand support local country marketing campaigns to achieve the desired results· Planand implement all lead generation and advertising efforts including writing andtranslation of technical content, ad copy, handling media buys for online,national media, and specialized trade publications.· Identify,plan and execute local developer events as well as tradeshows and seminars· Planand execute local webinars together with sales and pre-sales engineer· Responsible for the http://qt.digia.com/zh-CN/ , local Chinese section of our main website, http://qt.digia.com . This includes creating and editing contentto keep the site fresh and up-to-date.· Measure lead conversions on http://qt.digia.com/zh-CN/ · Work together with global communications team on local trade mediarelations and media-related activities (local media queries, pitch and trackmedia coverage) · Explore editorial opportunities to profileDigia, Qt in local media · Monitorand report local marketing expenses· Regularly participate in worldwide campaign,positioning, and strategy discussions with the rest of the global marketingteam· Actively collaborate with peers and share bestpractices. Requirements:· Fluent in English and Chinese required. Oneother Asian language (Japanese, a plus)· Full desire to work in a very dynamic,high-impact, rapidly changing and international environment.· Proven and demonstrable creative thinking,ability to come up with innovative ways to deliver results.· Experienced and sound communicator who canwork with multiple stakeholders · Experience with web content management systems.· Experience with inbound marketing platforms preferred(Hubspot, ClickDimensions, Pardot, Eloqua etc.).· Experience with CRM tools required (Microsoft Dynamics,Salesforce).· Experience with graphic design tools a plus.· 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing andcommunications.· Prior experience working in the technology(software or hardware) industry.· Bachelor degree in Marketing or businessLocation in Beijing, China.Is this you?
